Vacancy Description:

We are currently recruiting a fulltime Adults Counselling Coordinator.  The overall purpose of the post is to develop and lead the adult counselling team within PIPS Hope & Support.  This team works collaboratively with the Child and Youth Counselling Coordinator to deliver safe and confidential counselling well as contributing to the organisational triage and assessment processes.


  1. Recognised Diploma in Counselling (300 hr theory and practice).
  2. At least three years supervised counselling practice with adults
  3. BACP /IACP /UKCP or equivalent accreditation which includes current membership & evidence of associate membership number.
  4. Have knowledge of and work according to ethical framework of professional bodies.
  5. Ability to keep confidential records in keeping with the policies and procedures of the organisation.
  6. Full Driving Licence and car owner
  7. Excellent oral & written communication skills including IT skills.
  8. Evidence of management skills
