PIPS Hope & Support`s counselling and support services are growing rapidly and we are seeking to recruit a Clinical Lead to drive, innovate and deliver on strategic clinical development.
You must be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the clinical competencies required of the clinical staff within PIPS Hope & Support as well as an ability to lead and effectively implement frameworks and services to meet the evolving requirements of the service and clients. Helping to develop and promote a positive and dynamic image and culture.
As the Clinical Lead you’ll be an integral part of the Counselling Department by bringing your top clinical skills, passion for care, and leadership to the role.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, your role as the Charities Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing strategic and day-to-day clinical and operational management of the integrated counselling department, contributing to the strategic direction of the service. There will be an expectation for the post holder to lead/contribute to clinical audits.
You'll be responsible to ensure the management of the service meets its contractual obligations. This includes ensuring all operational and clinical data requirements on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are submitted within agreed deadlines and that KPI data is utilised to manage the performance of the team, taking proactive action in the case of clinical or financial under-performance.
