Counselling Services Lead
Vacancy Description:
This is a key leadership role within PIPS Hope & Support offering the opportunity to shape and strengthen our counselling and therapeutic services across the Southern Health & Social Care Trust area.
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and management team the Counselling Services Lead will oversee the delivery of high quality person centred counselling. The role involves leading a dedicated team of counsellors and associates maintaining robust safeguarding and quality assurance frameworks and embedding consistent best practice across all counselling programmes.
The post holder will play a central role in supporting our community based approach to suicide prevention and emotional wellbeing working collaboratively with partners including the SHSCT NI Ambulance Service PSNI GP Federations and voluntary and community organisations.
