Intro to CBT
This is an introductory course to CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). Each week of the course will follow the structure of a CBT session; psychometric tests (mood check), review of problems and goals, setting a shared main agenda issue and agreeing on home assignments. The course is aimed at members of the public who would like to decrease their anxiety, depression and increase their gratitude, connectedness and resilience.
Intro to CBT is split into 3 hour sessions over 4 weeks and is suitable for individuals aged 18+.
