Journaling and Gratitide Diaries
PIPS Hope and Support are delighted to be able to offer a 6 week journaling and gratitude diary workshops beginning Monday 16th November via Zoom.
Studies have shown that writing focused on positive outcomes in negative situations, decreases emotional distress.
This training programme will focus on positive things in your life, helping you to reflect, figure things out and clear your mind.
Places for this workshop are limited to ten and will be given on a first come first served basis.
