Lisa O'Neill is a Family Support Worker with PIPS Hope and Support and works alongside Roisin to support families who have been bereaved by suicide.  Before taking up post Early 2022, Lisa was a front-of-house admin/receptionist providing essential support to clients and staff members.  As well as this, Lisa was the main contact for The WELL-Bean Cafe, an out-of-hours service for anyone in distress or a caregivers role, operating on Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday afternoons and Monday evenings.  Lisa has played a key role in the development of this one of a kind project from the outset. 

Before joining the team in October 2019, Lisa worked and gained significant experience in mental health and learning disabilities as she worked for 8 years providing practical and emotional support to clients as well as facilitating day opportunities and activities to promote independence and inclusion etc.

Outside of PIPS Hope and Support, she enjoys her time with her husband, three children and family dog Mo, taking walks and day trips.
