Mindful Wellbeing Workshops
PIPS Hope and Support ‘Mindful Wellbeing’ Workshops are a series of online workshops focusing on the real reason behind the resistance to positive thinking and lifestyle changes such as healthier eating or exercising more. If you have struggled to eat healthily, exercise more or achieve certain goals you may be surprised to learn that your mind holds the key!
One of the goals of the workshops is to help you understand that your old patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving are simply habits that can be unlearned!
Learn how to move on from past unhelpful habits of thinking or unhealthy mindsets around food and exercise. We don’t promote a specific diet or exercise plan, but rather believe when you change your relationship with yourself, how you think, feel and act you intuitively eat healthier and feel better about yourself.
These workshops will be delivered over 6 weeks, commencing on Wednesday 14th October at 7:00pm via zoom.
