Cuppa & Compassion

Providing a Safe Space for Those Bereaved by Suicide in the Upper Bann Area

Losing a loved one to suicide is an experience that no one should face alone. At PIPS Hope and Support, we understand the deep grief and unique challenges that come with this loss. Our Cuppa & Compassion Bereavement Support Group provides a safe, welcoming, and understanding space for individuals in the Upper Bann area who have been bereaved by suicide.

This group offers a space to connect, share, and find comfort alongside others who understand. Whether you wish to talk, listen, or simply be in a supportive environment, you are not alone.

What to Expect

A compassionate and confidential space to share experiences
Emotional support from others who have experienced similar loss
Practical coping strategies to navigate grief and healing
Guidance and resources to support you on your journey

Our group is open to anyone aged 18 and over who has lost a loved one to suicide. There is no expectation to share—come as you are, in a space where your grief is acknowledged and supported.
