Gimme5 uses activities to demonstrate each way to wellbeing making the training highly interactive and fun for participants.

This training is suitable for those as young as primary school age and is excellent for a group which benefits from group work as well as promoting active learning.

The 5 ways to wellbeing are 5 easy steps to promoting positive mental health and gimme5 training teaches this in the most simplest form. 

Gimme 5 lasts 1-2 hours and is very easily adaptable to suit different group needs.
