Lurgan Rugby Clubs' Awareness Raising and Encouragement To Reach Out

Thank you to Lurgan Rugby & Cricket Club for the invite recently to the club. The clubs Pastoral Care Team (pictured) hosted a short event during the half time break to encourage members to talk to a teammate, coach, family member or one of the clubs PCT team if they are struggling in any way.

Our training and community development officer, Eleanor was delighted to attend and speak with members about our services and the importance of good mental health etc.
