P&E Fitness's Physical Boost for Suicide Prevention
P&E Fitness hosted a series of online fitness classes raising funds for PIPS Hope and Support.
Headed up by Erin and Pauline, the ladies hosted weekly classes to boost physical activity and emotional support to neighbors and clients of P&E Fitness. The girls gave their free time and asked for small donations in return to support suicide prevention and awareness. On May 29th, Pauline and Erin presented PIPS Hope and Support with the proceeds of an incredible £486.00, raised in a short space of time.
Not only were classes provided online, but the residents of Willow Grove, Newry where able to take to their gardens and join in on the physical activity and community spirit displayed by Pauline and Erin.
Over the weeks the ladies classes were attended by all ages and abilities and was a fantastic initiative, especially helping those who've been isolating.
Pauline and Erin would like to thank all their clients and neighbors who participated and donated to their fundraiser to benefit PIPS Hope and Support and assist with services the charity continues to provide during the current pandemic.
PIPS Hope and Support thank Pauline and Erin for their time, committement and Passion to this initiative and for selecting PIPS Hope and Support as the beneficiary charity. We also thank all those who participated and donated. Everyone's generosity is greatly appreciated by all at PIPS Hope and Support.
