Wee James Tractor Run Raises Over £55,000 for Charities
We are heartened to express our gratitude to the Malone family for their extraordinary donation of £25,990.00 to our charity in the wake of the Wee James Tractor Run, held in memory of James Malone.
The family and friends took the initiative to organise this tractor run, coinciding with James's 21st birthday, commencing at their home farm in Leitrim. It was truly awe-inspiring to witness the overwhelming support from the community, with over 500 tractors participating, demonstrating their solidarity with the family and their profound affection for James.
The collective efforts of this event have resulted in a staggering total of over £55,000 raised. In addition to our charity, MYMY and St. Vincent De Paul, as well as St. John's Ambulance, have also received remarkable donations. This outpouring of kindness and generosity serves as a testament to the profound impact James had on those fortunate enough to have known him.
We extend our eternal gratitude to James's parents, Emmet and Geraldine, his sisters Karen, Lorna, and Aisling, and the entire Malone family and friends. Your unwavering support and selflessness have touched our hearts deeply.
Please know that you all remain in our thoughts.
